Host a Leadership Roundtable!
Young Leaders are the next generation of Boston’s business leaders. As part of the program’s professional development aspect, there are opportunities throughout the year for select groups of young professionals to sit down with current business leaders. At each Roundtable, the host discusses their professional history, career path, and personal experience with philanthropy.
- Connect with driven and intelligent young professionals and discuss career path and professional decisions.
- Discuss the importance of personal and corporate philanthropy.
- Reserve a portion of the seats exclusively for young professionals from within your company.
Sponsor a Large Young Leaders Gala Event!
Last year’s spring Aquarium Gala drew a crowd of over 350 young professionals from the Boston area, and was promoted by a number of well known local media outlets. Each event has limited opportunities for companies to underwrite a portion, provide their young employees with the opportunity to network with peers, and promote their company’s involvement in Young Leaders.
- Each company’s logo will be prominently placed on all event publicity, invites, collateral.
- Companies will receive 10 free tickets to the event to give to their young professionals to attend.
Host a Young Leaders Social Networking Event!
A major component of Young Leaders is providing young professionals occasions to meet likeminded individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds, and network with one another. Companies can underwrite a social networking event.
- Company will have exclusive logo placement on all event publicity, invites, collateral.
- Fund one Youth Venture Team and allow kids to execute a project that helps their community.
- Each company’s logo will be prominently placed on all publicity flyers, collateral, and Youth Venture material.
- Company will secure volunteer spots for a group of young professionals from their own company.
Sponsor a Youth Venture Team!
Join the Young Leaders in an effort to raise money for Youth Venture, and provide your young employees with the opportunity to volunteer. The Venture Teams will begin their work in January 2009 and continue through the spring.
- Fund one Youth Venture Team and allow kids to execute a project that helps their community.
- Each company’s logo will be prominently placed on all publicity flyers, collateral, and Youth Venture material.
- Company will secure volunteer spots for a group of young professionals from their own company.
